Rode about 11-12 miles on spin bike.

Push-ups, 65 (10 more than last time)
Sit-ups, 142 (161 last time...this time I was outside, a SLIGHT uphill)
Squats, 169 (159 last time)
Record total reps, 376
Last time I did this I did pull-ups first. My back is pretty messed up still, and the sit-ups affect that at little.
