Pistols (sets of 10 total, alternating legs, 2 red bands)

Pull-ups
7 sets of 5 reps = 35 total
10 min AMRAP:
20 DU's
10 Lunges
10 Push-ups
6 full rounds plus 20 DU's (but ran over about 12 seconds)
